填写要求：
Tips：
1.一级授权。
The authorization letter shall be issued by the Trademark owner.
2.授权文件剩余有效期需大于2个月。
The Authorization Period shall be more than 2 months.
3.如商标权利人为自然人，应提供其经公证的身份证明材料。如商标权利人为法律实体，应提供公司所在注册机关出具的公司注册文件。
If the Trademark owner is an individual, please attach a certified true copy of his or her I.D. card/Passport with his/her original signature.
If the Trademark owner is a legal entity, please attach a copy of the company registration document issued by a competent authority.
