Agent is a wrapper for the Large Language Model (LLM), which can understand the user’s intent through user input and return a specific action type and parameters.
It can be simply understood as an intelligent robot.
After the knowledge source is uploaded, you can create a new Agent and associate it with the knowledge source. Once associated, you can respond to customers based on the knowledge content.
